1. Chicken thigh with soy sauce and honey

Ingredients

1 kg of thighs

Lemon juice

1/2 cup of honey

Sauce shoyu to taste

2 Mustard spoons

2 Spoons of olive oil


Preparation mode

Clean the chicken well and drizzle with the lemon juice. After that, spread the soy sauce and set aside for 1 hour. After resting, pour over the recipe the honey, mustard, olive oil or butter and mix well so the sauce is uniform.

Place the chicken in a refractory greased with olive oil and bake for about 1 hour.

After 40 minutes, turn the pieces and wait for them to brown.


2. Shredded beef with wine and honey

Ingredients

1 kg lizard or duckling

4 sliced ​​red onions

1 can of peeled tomatoes 

150 ml of red wine vinegar

100 ml honey

1 girl's finger pepper

4 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon coriander seed

300 ml of red wine

Water 

Olive oil, salt and pepper at will


Way of doing

On high heat, heat a pressure cooker, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and place the meat to sear on both sides. Then add all the other ingredients and cover the meat with water.

Cover the pressure cooker and cook for at least an hour. The meat will be done when you can easily shred it using a fork. With the meat on point, remove it from the pan and shred it using two forks.

Meanwhile, keep the sauce on the fire, uncovered, until it thickens. At the end, put the shredded meat back in the pan and adjust salt and pepper.


3. Loin with passion fruit and honey

Ingredients

1 loin piece 

1/4 xícara de óleo

1 e 1/2 spoons of salt

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

3 spoons of lemon juice

1/2 cup of white wine

1 spoon of chopped rosemary

1 spoon of olive oil

1/2 cup of chopped onion

1 spoon of wheat flour

1 brown sugar spoon

3 spoons of honey


Preparation mode

Make the passion fruit juice without sugar and add ½ passion fruit to keep the seeds;

In a bowl, place the loin and add passion fruit juice, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, white wine and rosemary. Leave to marinate for 24 hours.

The next day, remove the loin and reserve the broth. 

In a heated pan, add the oil and sear the loin until golden brown on both sides.

Wrap the loin in aluminum foil and close all sides well.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160º for approximately 1h30.

In the same pan that sealed the loin, heat the oil, sauté the onion, sprinkle the brown sugar and let the onion caramelize. Add the flour, honey and reserved marinade until boiling.

After roasting, cut the loin into slices of approximately 1 cm. Drizzle with the sauce and arrange the rest in a bowl.
